The Park’s opening hours from June to September are from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and it is open every day. From October to May, opening hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends, unless a prior appointment is made.
Entrance to the park is free, but all activities, the beach, and services have an associated cost.
We do not guarantee the availability of activities without prior booking.
The activities at the park are subject to the schedules set on the day for this purpose; these schedules will be posted daily at the reception.
All activities are conducted under the supervision and safety of qualified instructors.
For reasons beyond our control, including natural, technical, weather-related, or other issues, some activities may be suspended or their schedules changed without prior notice. This will not be grounds for refunds or any claims.
All safety rules for the activities and instructions given by the instructors must be respected and followed. Instructors reserve the right to refuse participation in certain activities for safety reasons.
The park’s activities are subject to specific safety regulations, which may limit access based on height, age, physical condition, and/or the participant’s health.
Lagoa do Falcão is not responsible for accidents resulting from failure to comply with safety rules.
Appropriate clothing and/or footwear is mandatory for all activities.
Lagoa do Falcão is equipped to accommodate people with reduced mobility. For activities and beach access, please contact us to enable arrangements.
Animals on leashes are allowed, except in the beach area. According to decree-law nº 314/2003, all dogs and cats in public places must wear a collar with a leash or harness. Dogs of dangerous or potentially dangerous breeds must wear a muzzle.
Lagoa do Falcão does not tolerate any aggressive or rude behavior towards staff or visitors. In case of incidents, measures will be taken to remove the individual from the park, and, if necessary, the competent police authorities will be contacted. Examples of unacceptable behavior include intimidation, abusive conduct, possession of weapons, personal insults, defamation, harassment, and any unwanted physical contact.
Lagoa do Falcão has two free parking lots where the rules of the Portuguese road code apply.
We recommend not leaving valuables or objects inside the vehicle and ensuring windows and doors are closed.
Lagoa do Falcão is not responsible for any damage and/or theft of objects within its facilities.
During the summer period (June to September), activities and the kitchen close at 6:30 p.m. In the winter period (October to May), activities and the kitchen close at 5:30 p.m.
Not allowed:
- Bringing sun umbrellas and chairs into the park.
- Bringing coolers into the park.
- Bringing alcoholic beverages into the park.
- Bringing food into the park (except for pre-agreed reservations — birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, schools, groups, etc.).
- Passing objects or utensils over the fence.
- Picnicking in the bar/terrace area.
- Entry of individuals who do not guarantee necessary hygiene and safety or who show signs of intoxication or drug use.
- Entry of users showing clear signs of contagious diseases, open wounds, or wounds that are not properly healed.
- Entry of children under 12 years old without being accompanied by parents, guardians, or an adult. The adult is responsible for the child and for any damage the child may cause to the park.
- Remote-controlled toys or drones inside the park.
- Entry with glass bottles, cans, or any other sharp objects.
- Entering the water with inappropriate clothing (t-shirts, pants, skirts, dresses, or others).
- Access and presence of unauthorized persons in reserved areas.
- Smoking outside designated areas.
- Littering outside of trash bins.
- Any behavior that endangers the physical integrity of other users.
- Urinating in the lagoon water.
- Spitting or blowing your nose into the water.
Mandatory:
- Use of our life vests in all water activities.
- Use of shorts or swimsuits and flip-flops.
- Use of swim diapers for children up to 2 years old.
- Keep your ticket until leaving the facilities.
General:
No refunds are given for tickets already purchased.
